TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Purchasing art from me grants you PERSONAL USE of your digital copy, which means you cannot in any way use the art to gain a profit.2. If an adoptable is sold with art by me, you are only allowed to charge others what you paid for the commission in order to allow someone to receive the art. You forfeit the right to personal use of the piece and agree to delete it once personal ownership is transferred. If the adoptable in question was GIFTED or Given away by me, you're NOT allowed to sell them for money unless you've gotten paid commissions of them, and even then you can't sell them for a price that doesn't exist, please ! That's the most important rule I'll put here, don't charge people for something you got for free.3. Each commission sale post is subject to have individual stipulations for purchasing. Please read & follow them as these rules may not encompass certain types of commissions wholly. I do tend to make everything PWYW, for now !4. Once the Wip is delivered, a refund is not permitted. All changes and/or full/partial refunds must be made BEFORE I send the wip/lines. The same goes for all the ocs you're going to buy from me, since I use another currency (not USD) I can't refund it AT ALL, the taxes applied by Paypal usually takes ~3 USD from me (which is 15$ of my currency so, yeah.)5. Payment is made via Paypal & expected within 48 hours of an finished commission. Failure to pay during the allotted time will result in commission having it's base used for another drawing/character.6. Please be clear if you would like a time limit for your commission delivery. I do not allow due dates earlier than 1 week, and I will specify in my openings if the commission(s) will take longer than normal, so please keep this in mind.7. I'll only make changes in the drawing before your approval and before sending you the full version. That is : Ilimited changes during the sketching process BUT as soon as I start painting or am paid and you approve that version of the drawing I won't be making changes again. The only way for me to change the drawing after everything is done or I started painting is by paying a $10 USD fee. Be mindful of ALL the changes you want made ok?
I also don't draw some things since I don't feel like they look good. I can only draw lean/slim characters, can try my hand at chubby but I can't garantee they'll look good ... Also , NSFW is really, REALLY tentative, still don't have a lot of skill in that area ( that includes nipples and genitals) so I prefer not doing them.8. My adopts may not be used in anything that will turn up a profit be it games, books , art pieces,merchandise,comics etc. UNLESS paid for that specific matter.9. GHOSTHING ME will result into a block. I ask that you only offer something for my adopt if you're certain !! that you're going to get it ... Please ,I had it happen so much and it really hurts and saddens me, just don't. If you don't want the adopt, don't place a bid into it, ok?I won't be doing these 'crazy holds' anymore, I've had people ask me to hold adopts for some days and they would always ask me to hold them for more time than I would allow (usually months) and I got tired of holding adopts, losing buyers for someone who never had the intention to really get the adopt... :(
